March is international women’s month giving great tribute to the many successful women around the world. Sassy Kitchens Nola wants to remind women to celebrate and assess yourself by prioritizing your mental wellness. Women are often caregivers to so many yet forget to prioritize our own mental wellness in order to stay healthy.
Mental wellness has a huge impact on our families, friends and legacy. So, take time to celebrate the women in your inner circle and immediate family as well. Reach out and ask them to prioritize their mental wellness. Ask the hard questions and make mental wellness conversations NORMAL! Remind them it’s OK to be OK and provide a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings. Celebrate your accomplishments together and allow time for a mental health self-care checkups.
